Welcome to SoByte Wallet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the SoByte Wallet hardware device ("Product") offered by Software Byte Development LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 7754 Solitude Ct, Riverside, CA 92506, United States.

By placing an order or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Product.

SoByte Wallet is a cold storage hardware wallet designed exclusively for the offline storage of cryptocurrency private keys. The Product is an NFC-enabled card that communicates with compatible mobile applications.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction to purchase and use the Product. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before any Product is shipped. We accept cryptocurrency payments and bank transfers. Payment instructions will be sent to your email address upon order confirmation.

You must include your order number in the payment reference to ensure proper processing.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to the Product pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Due to the security-sensitive nature of the Product, we accept returns only for unopened, factory-sealed units within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for security reasons.

The Product is designed to work with third-party applications, including Edge Wallet. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third-party applications. Your use of such applications is governed by their respective terms of service.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We make no representations about the suitability of the Product for any particular cryptocurrency or blockchain protocol.
